Communication with the therapist is important. All aspects of the treatment can be modified to suit you, including lighting levels, music, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Discuss the type of procedure and any concerns you may have. If at any time during the treatment you experience discomfort, please tell the therapist. If you want the therapist to give you a deep massage, or be more gentle, let him or her know.

Gratuities are not included in your service price. Gratuities are proportional to the level of satisfaction; however, 15% - 20% is customary. If you have multiple services from different Spa staff members, (a massage therapist, a facial esthetician, etc.) separate gratuities are appreciated.
